Yoursolemall ships to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders shipped to the contiguous 48 United States. There is no minimum order requirement to qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after shipment.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and retain the original packaging and photos of the damage.
